President and Managing Principal
Matt founded BridgePhase in 2008, with the vision of creating a high performing small business known for exceptional delivery capabilities and an employee focused company culture. BridgePhase started with Matt working as an independent consultant providing web portal and security subject matter expertise support to the US Army. As demand for BridgePhase services grew, the company quickly expanded into new Government agencies with expanded service offerings. As President and Managing Principal, Matt’s current focus includes developing strategic partnerships, driving business development activities, and providing oversight into the quality of the companies work across a broad range of projects. Through his career, Matt has supported over 20 Government and Commercial organizations, specializing in areas such as SAP ERP consulting, Software Development, and Project Management. Matt is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and serves on the AFCEA International Small Business Committee. Matt is a certified Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), a certified SAP technical consultant, and Co-Author of Content Integration with SAP Portal, by SAP Press. Matt holds a B.S. in Integration Science and Technology from James Madison University.
As a Managing Principal of BridgePhase, Dan is responsible for leading BridgePhase’s team within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where his responsibilities include providing Agile project management and software development support, a role he has held since 2010. Under Dan’s leadership at DHS, BridgePhase has consistently been recognized as top a performer in the area of software development and DevSecOps. Dan has over 2 decades of Information Technology experience. He started his career with Accenture in their public sector practice, where he provided project management, development, Cloud Migrations and business development support. Through his career, Dan has supported clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Defense Intelligence Agency, and the US Postal Service. Dan holds a B.S. in Integration Science and Technology from James Madison University.
Lead Software Engineer
Jaime is a Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience designing and building highly complex mission critical software applications, including 5 years of experience architecting and developing open source applications running in AWS. Since joining BridgePhase in 2014, Jaime has led multiple Agile development teams while making contributions such as serving a key resource on the transition of a large monolithic application to a Microservices stack using AWS, migrating a geo-analytics PHP application into NodeJS, and developing the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) scripts for building of Docker images and deployment into an OpenShift (OCP) environment. As the Lead Software Engineer for BridgePhase, Jaime helps ensure BridgePhase maintain the highest level of software development quality and Agile engineering practices throughout the company. Jaime has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Lead DevSecOps Engineer
Kane joined BridgePhase in 2014, and since that time has established himself as a leader in areas such as AWS, DevSecOps, Microservices, and Containerization. Kane has been building software across numerous industries, including Energy, Infrastructure, Aviation, Defense, and Homeland Security for over a decade. Over the years, Kane has delivered innovative technical solutions and led DevSecOps teams on multiple projects. He also has specialized expertise in build automation and has authored multiple Gradle plugins. He has achieved numerous technical certifications including AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, and Oracle Certified Java Developer. As Lead DevSecOps Engineer, Kane guides the technical architecture and direction of DevSecOps solutions delivered by BridgePhase. Kane holds a B.S and M.S. In Engineering from West Virginia University.
Human Resources Manager
Mimi is the human resources leader for BridgePhase and is also responsible for managing the talent acquisition process. She has had success with full lifecycle recruiting for a breadth of skillsets, as well as identifying candidates with niche backgrounds and varying government clearance levels. Mimi has over 8 years of experience providing solutions in the consumer services, telecom, and government contracting industries. Mimi is a Society of Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and received her B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
